Thursday, November 8 homework:  Choose a picture of a person and write at least five sentences to describe him or her.  You can use a family member, a famous person, or someone you do not know.  Copy the picture, or a link to the picture, and send it to David.  On Friday we will try to match all of the people's pictures with their descriptions.

Wednesday, November 6 Homework:  Finish Worksheet 6 and do Challenges 1, 2 and 3. Have fun!  

Tuesday, November 6 Homework:  Do the Unit 6 Worksheet 2 Challenges (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6).  Some of the vocabulary words are new to you.  Use a dictionary.

November 5 Homework:  Unit 6 Worksheet 1 and Challenges 1 and 2.

Monday, October 29 Unit 5 homework:  Review the Vocabulary page.  Do you know what all the words mean?  Can you spell them?  Practice!  Use the Spelling City exercises to help you.

Wow!  I really haven't felt very well for a couple weeks.  It was very kind of Maria to help us out in the first week by coming in to teach David's class.  In the second week, Glenda will be the teacher.  I am trying to get better!  I really miss everyone at CCEL!

Wednesday, July 11 homework:  Do Worksheet 4, Questions 1 and 2.  Look at Question 3, but you don't have to finish it.  Then do Question 4 - read about Danny and answer the questions, and read about Sam and answer the questions.  If you want more work to do, then read about Monica and answer the questions.  If you want even more work to do, then do the Challenges!

Monday, July 9 Homework:  Check the Unit 2 Vocabulary list.  When you understand most of the words, go to Spelling City and practice some of the vocabulary and spelling games.

Thursday, July 5 Homework:  Read Unit 1, Page 5.  Then try to do all the questions on Worksheet 5.

Wednesday, July 4 Homework:  Finish Unit 1, Page 2, and do Worksheet 2.  You do not have to do the 'Challenges' unless you want to do extra work.  Also look at Page 3, and do Worksheet 3, Question 1.
